Joint Annual meeting of ADSA-ASAS to be held July 7-11 in Indianapolis
ANSC department faculty members and graduate assistants will be in attendance at the joint annual meeting of ADSA-ASAS (American Dairy Science Association and American Society of Agricultural Scientists) to be held July 7-11 in Indianapolis.
Dr. Jason Apple will be receiving the Meat Science Award from ASAS this year in recognition of his scientific contributions to that field.
The 5-day event will be held at the Indiana Convention Center & RCA Dome in Indianapolis and will include scientific sessions, symposia & workshops, and poster presentations. ASAS will be celebrating its centennial at the event. Dr. Beth Kegley serves as president of the southern section of ASAS.
