In spite of a depressed horse market nationwide, sales figures for this year's auction and sale grossed more than $46,000., the second highest in the Razorback Roundup's eight-year history.
Robert Crozier, auctioneer for the Razorback Roundup, commented that the sale prices were very good and that Dr. Jack, D. E. King Program Director, should be very pleased.
The sale of artwork, tack, equipment and hay was also offered at the sale. Profits from the Razorback Roundup are used for the care of horses, student activities and teaching programs in the animal science department.
