Animal Science students had great success in achieving their goals of admission to veterinary schools this year. Eleven applicants were accepted to several veterinary colleges including LSU, OSU, MU, KSU, and Auburn.
In addition to veterinary school, one senior was accepted to dental school and one was accepted to medical school. This success is a tribute to the quality and determination of the students and to the high caliber of our prevet program which provides excellent preparation. The program is designed not only to help students gain admission but also to provide a base that will make them solid, successful professionals.
