Chilli Cook off

The event, open to any UA club, organization or team of five friends, consisted of ANSC graduate students, Farmhouse Fraternity, Sigma Alpha Sorority, and ANSC faculty and staff members.
Teams gathered at the Pauline Whitaker Animal Science Arena on Friday, February 8 to compete in a variety of agricultural-related “sports” -   including wheelbarrow races, hay-bale stacking, seed-spitting, a horseshoe toss & chili cook-off.

The chili cook-off was won by Farmhouse Fraternity, with student Caroline Mallory placing 2nd, and ANSC staff members placing 3rd. Farmhouse also won the night with the highest scores and took away the traveling trophy. Block & Bridle officers predict next year’s event will be larger with more games and a larger turnout. Watch for information on next year’s AG Olympics!
