2009 RMC, held in NW AR, boasts highest attendance on record

The 62nd RMC (Reciprocal Meat Conference), co-hosted by U A Division of Agriculture and Tyson Foods, was a tremendous success with more than 650 in attendance. Meat science professionals met for conferences, networking, and fun, which was spread out over various locations in Northwest Arkansas. Sponsors of the week long event included Tyson, Cargill, Beef Checkoff, Arkansas Beef Council, , ADM, etc.

The 63rd RMC conference will be hosted by Texas Tech University in June 2010.
